This role primarily focuses on creating high‑quality content for a growing library of self‑led online courses while also contributing to interactive e‑learning experiences.

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented E‑Learning Content Creator to design and develop engaging, visually appealing, and interactive digital learning materials. This role involves working closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to produce high‑quality learning materials and other digital content. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will edit, produce, and develop engaging e‑learning content for apprentices, employers, and internal staff. You will bring scripts to life through creative visuals, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and on‑brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging and interactive e‑learning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
  • Create multimedia assets, including animations, graphics, and audio elements, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to translate content into engaging learning materials.
  • Script and storyboard content to align with learning objectives and best practices.
  • Conduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure learning materials are effective, accessible, and engaging.
  • Keep up to date with e‑learning trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content development.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
  • Experience using e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate)
  • Strong multimedia production skills, including animation, and graphic design.
  • Ability to write clear and concise content that enhances learner engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, or JavaScript for custom e‑learning interactions.
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of gamification and interactive learning design.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and accessibility standards in digital learning.
