Opportunity

As the Director (or VP) of Finance in Greater Toronto, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of EC and its partner ventures. You will lead all financial planning, capital structure strategy and execution across the company. Your focus will be on all corporate finance activities including raising both equity and debt capital to fund growth, M&A activities, investor relations and structured product offerings. Additionally, you\'ll streamline and oversee the accounting, compliance and strategic planning functions while also supporting the CEO office on other corporate activities as needed.
