A leading mental health organization based in Toronto is seeking a Director of People & Culture for a 14-month contract. The role involves strategic leadership in HR, focusing on building an inclusive culture and enhancing employee engagement. Reporting to: VP Development Marketing & Operations
Location: Toronto / Hybrid
Salary: $100000-$110000
Status: Full-Time 14-Month Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

The Director People & Culture leads the People function and is responsible for setting and executing HR strategy across the organization. This role fosters an inclusive and engaging culture while ensuring that people practices align with mission and operational needs.
