The role involves establishing trusted metrics, delivering intuitive reporting, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years of experience in analytics products, strong data fluency, and excellent communication skills. This position is based in Vancouver with a competitive salary ranging from 100,000 CAD to 165,000 CAD.

Lead the strategy and delivery of our internal Operations & Client Management analytics platform. You’ll establish robust, trusted metrics and reporting used daily by Operations, Planning, and Account teams, and embed practical, built-in AI (Q&A, auto-reports, proactive alerts, simple what-if views) to make insights faster and easier to act on. While the platform is for internal use, you will also shape a small set of SMB-facing, AI-powered features integrated with our shipping platform that help smaller merchants self-serve and differentiate our service experience.
