Job description

Our client is a leading industry provider and one of Canada’s largest suppliers of services to the healthcare sector. They are currently seeking a Director of Off-Site Operations to join their team in Vancouver.

The Director of Off-Site Operations will strategically lead and optimize all off‑site and customer service operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, by managing a dedicated team of Customer Service Managers, off‑site employees, and external freight/logistics partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight for Customer Service Managers and off‑site employees, including leads and supervisors.
  • Maintain and direct the performance of the freight/logistics contractor, ensuring on‑time delivery and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external health authority contract managers.
  • Lead initiatives to deliver seamless off‑site services at hospitals and long‑term care facilities.
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvement in operational performance to achieve business goals.
