A leading hotel group in Ottawa is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to enhance the guest experience and manage all F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating unique dining experiences. Without you making the right decisions to maximize profitability and resource utilization in the catering kitchen, meeting and banquet departments wouldn’t taste so good. We’re looking for a Director of Food and Beverage who can be positive, assertive and efficient when it comes to planning, organizing and managing departmental operations and guiding the team towards creative achievements. The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all Food & Beverage operations including meeting spaces and events, banquets, room service, restaurant and bar as well as kitchen operations.
