Director, Global Human Resource Operations and Technology – Hybrid. This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX or a secondary Cloudflare U.S. hub location.

Cloudflare is seeking an innovative, collaborative and technically-oriented leader to oversee and drive the company’s Human Resource Operations and Technology organization. As the Company approaches $2 billion in annual revenue, the Director of Global Human Resource Operations and Technology will be joining at an exciting point of growth as Cloudflare plans to scale to $5 billion in revenue, and from 4,500 to 10,000 employees, in the next four years.
