About This Role

As a Digital Sales Insurance Broker, you’ll be responsible for selling personal insurance products to warm leads. You will connect with prospective clients through digital channels, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored solutions with professionalism and care.

What You\'ll Do
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming personal insurance leads
  • Use our award-winning lead management system to manage and track opportunities
  • Provide potential clients with expert advice and outstanding customer service
  • Match client needs with the best insurance solutions available
  • Follow established sales procedures and meet sales performance targets
  • Adhere to in-house underwriting guidelines and industry compliance standards
  • Accurately document all conversations and correspondence with clients and insurers
  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the sales process and client experience
What We\'Re Looking For
  • RIBO license
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in customer-facing conversations
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid G-class driver’s license

Work Environment & Schedule
  • In-office
  • Monday-Friday schedule (8:30am-4:30pm) with early Friday closures during long weekends (May-October)
