Overview

We are seeking a Print Operator to join our team at Minuteman Press. In this role, you will be responsible for operating printing presses and ensuring high-quality production standards. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional print products to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate Konica Minolta digital press to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare files for printing by executing prepress tasks such as layout design and management.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and client specifications.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Print Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital print operations and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with prepress procedures and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to operate post press machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
