What You’ll Be Working On

Our internships and Co-ops are designed to provide you with a business relevant project that will allow you to independently manage your own area of responsibility, while receiving support from an assigned Supervisor and Technical Mentor. We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment.

We are seeking a student to join us for a 4-8 month co-op position starting in January, 2026. This position will be based out of Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the design and engineering team to assist in creating and modifying technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensuring that design schedules are maintained and tracking design team deliverables
  • Support in researching materials, construction techniques, and building codes to ensure compliance and quality in design.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate on design iterations and revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Take on additional responsibilities or tasks related to construction design as required.

The compensation range for this position is $40, 560 - $62,400 annually.

  • You are currently enrolled in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial Engineering program
  • You will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently
