Department Managers are responsible for the sales results and daily management of their area. This includes executing marketing campaigns, managing inventory, and participating in meetings in addition to the duties of a sales associate.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Leads department operations by demonstrating the highest standards of safety, customer service, merchandising and product accountability
- Demonstrates versatility by effectively performing the tasks of a loader, picker, checker as needed
- Communicates expectations, information and priorities to associates, ensuring they have the direction and tools needed to complete their tasks
- Manages associate performance through feedback and identifying training opportunities
- Resolves associate and customer concerns in a fair and professional manner
- Maintains a clean, organized, and compliant work environment, consistently upholding safety standards across all areas of responsibility
