Join our team at Tim Hortons as we are looking for an energetic and friendly Team Member with Delivery responsibilities. In this position, you will help create exceptional guest experiences while also assisting with deliveries and restaurant operations. Whether you are greeting guests or preparing fresh bakery items, you’ll play an important role in making every visit special.

As a Delivery Team Member, you’ll combine great service with hands‑on support in daily operations. You will follow Tim Hortons standards, assist with off‑loading deliveries, and ensure that all products are properly stored and organized.

About the role: Delivery Team Member

As a Team Member, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You’ll greet and serve guests, prepare orders such as coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, and sandwiches, and maintain the quality and freshness that Tim Hortons is known for. You will also be responsible for unloading the delivery truck twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays), organizing boxes inside the restaurant—including the walk‑in fridge and freezer—and keeping storage areas neat and accessible.

This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. You’ll help ensure that each guest receives fast, friendly service and that the restaurant runs smoothly behind the scenes.
