The Production Operator repairs damaged CHEP pallets that weigh up to 55 lbs, using speed, accuracy, and attention to detail, while ensuring safety, security, and productivity needs are met. It’s a fast-paced production environment with quota incentives.

• $19.63-23.06/hr starting wage (pay increase after probation)
