Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Scientist to help us extract valuable insights from large and complex datasets. You will apply your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to solve business problems, predict future trends, and optimize processes. Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Develop predictive models and perform model evaluation to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Use data mining, clustering, classification, and regression techniques to build actionable insights.
Data Visualization & Reporting
  • Create clear, visually appealing, and informative data visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key business metrics and monitor model performance.
  • Present data-driven insights in a comprehensible manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
  • Work closely with business teams, product managers, and engineers to define data science goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data for improving business processes and decision‑making.
  • Provide expert insights and recommendations based on data analysis and modeling.
Model Deployment & Maintenance
  • Assist in deploying machine learning models to production environments and ensure their scalability and efficiency.
  • Continuously monitor model performance, retrain models, and improve existing solutions over time.
Research & Innovation
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.
  • Conduct research to identify new tools, methodologies, and techniques to improve data analysis and modeling capabilities.
Required Education and Experience
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
  • Proven track record of working with large datasets, building machine learning models, and performing complex data analyses.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • Expertise in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases) is a plus.
Analytical Skills
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
  • Experience with time-series analysis, natural language processing (NLP), or deep learning is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical data insights into actionable business recommendations.
