Responsibilities
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to define and track KPIs across the funnel;
- Analyze the end-to-end customer journey and identify conversion drop-off points;
- Provide channel and campaign performance reporting with recommendations;
- Act as the key point of contact for the marketing team's data needs, ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and data teams;
- Define and validate requirements for the marketing database, including overseeing testing and providing final approval prior to deployment;
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards using Power BI;
- Support attribution modeling, segmentation, and audience analysis for campaigns;
- Translate raw data into insights that influence budget allocation and strategy.
Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years in a marketing, business intelligence, or data analyst role;
- Experience with B2B marketing funnels, lead life cycle, or attribution modeling;
- Understanding of ETL and data pipelines;
- Experience with Microsoft Azure more specifically : Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database and Azure Storage Account;
- Experience working with data using Python and SQL;
- Familiarity with marketing automation, paid media, or email performance metrics;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including storytelling;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Experience with Azure, Salesforce and Marketo is considered a major asset.
