A leading environmental solutions company is seeking a customer support representative fluent in French to provide quality assistance via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills along with technical proficiency, ensuring accurate documentation in the CRM system. Must be available to work standard shift until 8 p.m. and work company holidays.
