A prominent cosmetics brand in Toronto is seeking a Creative Producer for their Film and Photo team. You will oversee production projects, ensuring smooth processes while managing budgets and schedules. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality content across various platforms. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for quality in product creation. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work.

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Creative Producer for our in-house Film and Photo team, positioned within our Brand department. Reporting to the Film and Photo Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and original content across all Lush platforms, including website ecommerce photo and video, social content, event activations and brand documentaries. You will do this in partnership with the Film and Photo Manager and our in house Photographer and Videographer.
The Creative Producer oversees film and photo projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly, while reporting on progress to stakeholders. You have a diverse range of photo and video experience and a deep knowledge of the full production pipeline. You are adept at creating budgets and schedules and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to take a brief from paper to screen whilst keeping costs and time in check. You like to get hands on with production; helping to build sets, source props and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

Salary range is based on an assessment of the local market and may vary depending on the successful candidate's location. This range is based on base salary and does not include additional bonus program and total rewards eligibility.

$75,000 - $80,000 CAD
