A leading benefits services provider in Canada is seeking a remote role focused on managing the broker experience during the new build and renewal processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a technology-based field and at least 3 years of experience with BenAdmin technology software. This is a remote role; however, due to in person presentations successful candidates must live on the West coast due to in person meetings throughout Northern California and Colorado.
The role is responsible for managing the broker experience throughout the new build and renewal process. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical training and support, and analyzing client needs to recommend appropriate technology solutions. The Trainer will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain a high level of customer service.

The annual base salary for this position is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00.
