A leading educational institution in London, Ontario, seeks a Coordinator for children and youth programming. Salary Grade 14: $65,050 - $76,550, commensurate with experience

Reporting to the Manager, Fan & Stakeholder Engagement, the Coordinator is responsible for the leading the growth, planning, delivery, financial management and assessment of safe sustainable, supportive and innovative children and youth programming (i.e. camps, school sports days, holiday programs, community engagement initiatives) offered by Western Sport & Recreation to the campus and greater London community. The role will also lead current and new community engagement efforts by building internal and external relationships, developing and instituting programs that increase awareness, engagement, and support for Western Sport & Recreation programs (e.g. student-athlete school visits, community minor sports programs, such as Junior Mustangs programming, and new innovative revenue generating initiatives).
Note that flexible work hours, including frequent evenings and weekends according to program or area needs will be required. This position will require the role to be present during key activity periods and dates (May-August, March Break, PA Days).
