General Description

The Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for providing support to employees and departments through full cycle recruitment, support for employees and providers, and a variety of other general human resources needs. Primary responsibilities of this position include:

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Leading the full cycle recruitment process for positions from entry level up to professional/technical level for an assigned group of departments. This includes managing the job posting processes and performing targeted searches for candidates as requested.
  • System Use: Uses Taleo Enterprise to manage the recruitment process to include troubleshooting. Uses LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruitment tool to search for and connect with potential candidates. Uses SAP Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, entry and troubleshooting.
  • Process Coordination: Revises administrative procedures as requested. Works with recruitment vendors and contractors and assists the Advisors and Manager with projects as required.

Education
  • Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience
  • A minimum of three years (3) experience in a Human Resources environment including experience in full cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in the use of SuccessFactors, SAP master data entry, and LinkedIn Recruiter would be considered assets.
Other Requirements
  • Ability to provide a Criminal Record Check is required.
  • A valid Class Five (5) Operator’s License is required as incumbent will be required to operate a personal or municipal vehicle for business use on a regular basis.
