About Our Client

A Leading Award winning Low-Rise Builder Developer is looking to add a seasoned Contracts Manager who has extensive knowledge and experience in low-rise residential development projects, to their highly established and successful team.

Job Description

Contracts

  • Develop scopes of work
  • Prepare and present documents for tenders
  • Negotiate with trades and suppliers
  • Review and compare quotes
  • Prepare contracts for signature by President
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes
Responsibilities – Project Management
  • Develop Schedule A Standard Features for new projects
  • Prepare preliminary budgets for marketing purposes
  • Review and approval models for construction, brochures and lines
  • Responsible for approval of project site maps
  • Review project feature sheets
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordination of projects
  • Coordination of preliminary architectural drawings for HVAC and trusses
  • Liaison with marketing during project implementation
  • Oversee Project Coordinator and all responsibilities and tasks associated with that role
  • This is not for an existing vacancy
