Continuous Improvement Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to support hands-on lean initiatives and drive data-driven process improvements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous learning, and building a strong foundation in operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
  • Support Kaizen events through data collection, time studies, layouts, and sustainment
  • Document standard work, work instructions, and visual management tools
  • Assist with root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily improvement meetings
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify waste, and help implement improvements
  • Learn and grow through lean training and mentorship from experienced CI leaders
What you bring:
  • Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent technical experience)
  • Up to 3 years of experience or internship in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Exposure to lean tools such as standard work, 5S, PDCA, and takt time
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High potential, career-driven mindset with interest in growing into broader leadership roles
