Altom Transport, a family-owned leader in bulk liquid transportation, is seeking dedicated and professional CDL A Tanker Drivers for Local, Regional, and Over-the-Road (OTR) positions. Responsibilities

As a CDL A Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for transporting liquid bulk materials safely and efficiently, ensuring timely and secure deliveries based on your preferred driving route—Local, Regional, or Over the Road.

  • Safely operate tanker trucks to transport liquid bulk materials to and from customer locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Load and unload tanker trucks using hoses or pumps while following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inspections, and incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Maintain a steady workload by meeting mileage or hour requirements to contribute to the overall success of the operation.
  • 24/7 Operation – Willingness to be available 24/7 when needed.
