What Youll Do
  • In this role you’ll be a trusted advisor and advocate for clients, ensuring their unique insurance needs are met with care, professionalism and expertise.
  • Providing tailored advice, recommendations and exceptional service to clients.
  • Managing client inquiries and policy changes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Entering and maintaining client data with precision and timeliness.
  • Collaborating with clients, sub-brokers, underwriters and other partners to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Reviewing renewal documents, endorsements and certificates of insurance.
  • Monitoring receivables and supporting claims reporting.
  • Maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach when working with clients and colleagues.
What You Bring
  • RIBO License is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial or Personal Lines as a licensed broker.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, professional and client-first attitude.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Sig XP experience is a strong asset.
