Role: Auto Associate

As an Auto Associate youll play a key role in driving business success. Youll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

A Day in the Life
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
  • Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Process a variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
  • Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks and restocking inventory
  • Support Connect by HUB Centers as needed through inbound and outbound call volume assistance, transactions and client servicing
Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and location, as well as the specific position, business line, scope and level. HUB International offers comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
