Responsibilities
  • Lead external client consulting engagements advancing the CFO agenda for the Financial Services Office.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including service offering development, proposal creation, responding to RFXs, and delivering oral presentations.
  • Stay current on industry, regulatory, and business trends relevant to clients.
  • Manage the financial and commercial aspects of engagements: staffing, fee tracking, and communications with project leaders.
  • Build strong internal relationships across EY's global FAAS practice, Advisory, Tax, and Transactions.
  • Support Finance leaders on regulatory reporting, disclosures, capital, performance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Allocate majority of time to local business development and client engagement across multiple sectors.
People Management Responsibilities
  • Prioritize staff development through coaching, feedback, and mentoring.
  • Foster innovative, inclusive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Motivate diverse teams, conduct performance reviews.
  • Lead recruiting, retention, and training initiatives.
  • Maintain educational program for continuous skill development.
  • Lead by example regarding workplace policies.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of related experience in banking and capital markets.
  • Strong relationship-building, project management, and financial knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver innovative commercial insights and pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience supporting diverse industries and regulatory reporting.
  • Lead and manage engagements with complex accounting, regulatory, and disclosure initiatives.
  • Proficiency in business development, proposal writing, and presentations.
