The Career Coach Facilitator – Northern Ontario plays a key role in the success of the Ontario Career Lab (OCL) - an innovative, province-wide career exploration initiative led by HIEC that connects volunteer Career Coaches with Grade 9 and 10 students across Ontario. This position is ideal for a confident facilitator who is passionate about youth engagement and understands the unique communities, industries, and cultural landscapes across Northern Ontario.
The facilitator leads career coaching sessions in schools and ensures seamless coordination between educators, volunteers, and students. The role blends dynamic facilitation with program coordination and community engagement, connecting youth to real-world career insights. A strong interest or background in career development, experiential learning, or workforce education is highly valued.
