Position Summary

What You'll Do

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Cover an assigned area(s) on the sales floor.
• Zone assigned area.
• Move feature merchandise to its modular home.
• Work recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Assist with Front End coverage.
• Communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Stock merchandise/picks, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required, set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and set new shelf caps.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
