Job Description

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a campus recruiter. This position is remote, but will entail some travel. It is a three-month contract. Applicants must live in Toronto and be able to come into the office one to two days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic university recruitment plans to attract top talent for our global manufacturing client
  • Attend career fairs, information sessions, and other on-campus events to promote job opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key university partners, career centers, and student organizations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internships and entry-level positions
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities
  • Utilize social media platforms and other digital tools to engage with students and recent graduates
  • Occasionally travel to university campuses and events as needed (estimated 20-30% travel)
