Position Summary
We have a current vacancy for a Business Process Automation Team Lead to join our Team in Ottawa, ON.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of Business Process Automation specialists and personally participate in the hands‑on implementation, integration, and troubleshooting/testing of Business Process Automation flows/processes including web service invocations, embedded scripts, and user interactions. The successful candidate will work with end users and other stakeholders to define and refine the applicable Business Processes prior to implementation and follow up with them post‑implementation to confirm that what has been implemented meets the need in practical use.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) 125,219.66 – 156,524.57 CAD Annual.
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity.
