Business Analyst

Duration: 6-12 months | Location: Montreal, QC

Description/Comment: PMO / Project Manager

BNP Paribas is an established market leader in corporate Cash Management services. The Global Cash Management organization, established in Brussels and Paris, acts as a global competence centre for the whole BNP Paribas Group since 2010. It defines the strategy and priorities of the Cash Management business worldwide. Due to the strategic importance of the activity, the Global Head of Cash Management, Trade and Factoring reports directly into the BNPP Executive Committee.

Cash Management Competence Center works on BNPP group level and is responsible for steering and developing the Corporate Cash Management franchise of BNP Paribas globally. Our team is responsible for the Cash Management offer, service and infrastructure related to the payables and receivables. Our responsibilities cover the following aspects:

  • Define the product vision with the key stakeholders
  • Define and mobilize the means to complete the Product/offer vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)
  • Coordinate the "demand to delivery process" based on the business value management

Our team is currently working on the development of Cash Management offer in the United States supporting our Strategic client in their development.

Responsibilities

Senior Business Analyst in support of the Program Manager will have to cover the following tasks:

  • Support the program manager in the conduct of all activities (stakeholders alignment, planning) and production of deliverables (Roadmap, KPIs, Financials) aimed at preparing all key committees composed of members of top management.
  • Take ownership on several specific initiatives, e.g.:
    • Define the product vision
    • Business needs identification
    • Facilitate governance
    • Align product team with central IT
    • Risk, quality and issue management
    • Go-to-market actions
    • Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Design the Target operating model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product offer and portfolio development.
Additional Job Details

Early start 1-2 days to be aligned with Paris' slots, minimum 60% at the office.

Languages

French is a plus. English – Excellent written and oral.

Experience

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
