Hourly rate: $24.00 to $36.00 / hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Job Duties
  • Perform regular safety and security inspections to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Diagnose and repair minor issues in heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems; coordinate trades for major repairs.
  • Arrange and oversee contractors for specialized maintenance or renovation work.
  • Inspect and repair hotel appliances and equipment to prevent service interruptions.
  • Carry out routine maintenance such as painting, drywall repair, and general facility upkeep.
  • Move and set up heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access.
  • Supervise and support other maintenance staff when required.
