Job Summary:

The Intermediate BIM Coordinator will work closely with the BIM Manager and project team members, and will be responsible for the coordination and management of BIM models and related data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in architecture or engineering, as well as several years of professional experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and management of BIM models and related data
  • Coordinate with project team members to ensure BIM models are up to date and accurate
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and related data
  • Collaborate with project team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in site visits and inspections
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols
  • Manage project documentation and schedules
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee their work
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead others
  • In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
