Bilingual Shipping Supervisor (Warehouse Supervisor)

Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Laval, Quebec, On-site

Base Salary Range: Up to $82,000 + Up to 13% Bonus

Work Schedule & Hours - Standard Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (regular hours)
• Supervisor coverage needed until 4:30 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual French English required
• High School Diploma or GED required with some post-secondary education.
• 2+ Years’ experience in warehousing or manufacturing for a high-volume multi-product manufacture
• Experience as a Shipping Loader Operator (must have), or equivalent, and has demonstrated a good working knowledge of safe and efficient truck-loading procedures is an asset.
• Must have basic math skills – Basic math test.
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exposure to ERP systems requiring handheld picking
• Experience driving PIV equipment (LPG sit-downs, reach lifts, pallet riders) – Must have.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX-JDE-SAP preferred)
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
