About the role

You will share responsibilities for the sales cycle of new business sales opportunities within the assigned territory. You are the ‘go to’ person for our clients and prospects to solve their business challenges. You will leverage expertise, network and knowledge to assess customer needs in order to close deals. Must be Bilingual.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and managing the full sales cycle
  • Closing business in a variety of enterprise corporate accounts and law firms
  • Generating leads to create a pipeline of opportunities and manage the pipeline with the account team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to secure new business and provide input on development of marketing plans and programs
  • Identifying business issues within client and prospect accounts to understand solution fit
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPIs
  • Managing multiple complex sales processes simultaneously
  • Articulating the LNIP value proposition with an in depth understanding of IP solutions to clients and prospects
  • Acting as a consultant to identify and quantify customer objectives and offer solutions through our products
Requirements:
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Have a Bachelor's degree
  • Be action orientated and target and results driven
  • Have excellent relevant B2B sales experience (inside or field)
  • Be able to manage and measure work
  • Be able to work collaboratively and works cross-functionally
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding targets in new business, in a competitor, complex sales environment
  • Have solid communication, skills (verbal, written, negotiation and presentation)
  • Be able to identify, understand and translate customer needs into comprehensive and competitor solutions
