What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide excellent client service for Virtual Business Centre clients by addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed
- Respond promptly and professionally to client communications, adhering to established policies and procedures
- Collaborate within a virtual team by managing administrative tasks through a queue system, including correspondence preparation
- Maintain accurate information and handle documents with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and staying updated on policy changes
What is Required (Qualifications)
- College diploma in office administration or a bachelor’s degree in business administration
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Commitment to client service, demonstrated through proactive listening and problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
