*Job Overview*We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports to support business decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights that drive performance improvements.*Duties** Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure project goals are met.* Conduct business analysis to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.* Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by contributing to database design and development efforts.* Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis.* Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.* Create visual representations of data findings using tools like Visio for better stakeholder understanding.* Implement automation solutions using VBA or Bash (Unix shell) scripts to streamline reporting processes.*Requirements** Proven experience in data analysis with strong analytical skills.* Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.* Knowledge of programming languages including R, Python, VBA, or Bash (Unix shell).* Understanding of project management principles within an Agile framework.* Experience with business analysis techniques to gather requirements effectively.* Strong understanding of database design concepts and practices.* Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
