Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain accurate records for members and service providers.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on data entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Update eligibility statuses and adjust member records as necessary.
  • Manage tracking and mailing of drug cards to members.
  • Upload weekly Client Data Administrator reports.
  • Process self-payments for Health & Welfare benefits.
  • Generate and mail correspondence regarding benefits.
  • Respond to inquiries from other departments promptly.
  • Load Health Care Spending Account data on a weekly basis.
  • Run monthly reports to support departmental functions.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents for tracking.
  • Analyze issues that arise and develop effective solutions.
  • Identify process improvements for enhanced productivity.
