Job Description

Our Bartenders are more than drink makers—they’re engaging hosts with expert knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. Known for their showmanship, attention to detail, and strong guest connections, they often become the highlight of the event.

With speed, precision, and personality, they craft each drink to perfection while ensuring every guest request is communicated and delivered smoothly. If you love great drinks and even better vibes, this role is for you.

The Day to Day
  • Create a positive guest experience through engaging interaction and meticulous adherence to the steps of service, including expert cocktail preparation and flawless execution
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage items to confidently make recommendations
  • Promptly receive drink orders and pour all beverages accurately according to O&B standards
  • Present beverages clearly and professionally at the service bar pick-up area
  • Communicate beverage descriptions, specials, and relevant information to guests and team members
  • Set up and dismantle the bar area, including dishwasher and cappuccino machine operation
  • Stock and maintain all bar products, including mise en place
  • Monitor and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
  • Conduct regular counts and inventories of all beverages and supplies, assisting management with ordering
  • Remain attentive to special requests, including guest allergies
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
  • Proven bartending experience in a catering, restaurant, or similar environment (preferred)
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification (required)
  • Extensive product knowledge, including wine, spirits, and cocktails
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational skills with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professional urgency and consistent momentum
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada
