A leading Canadian retail brand is seeking bilingual candidates for contact center roles in Timmins, Ontario. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and reviewing credit card applications with a focus on fraud prevention. Ideal candidates will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

This role is for bilingual candidates only. Candidates will be required to speak both English and French fluently to be considered for a bilingual position.

Hours of our contact centre are: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm; Saturday and Sunday 8am-6pm. Shifts will be primarily evenings and weekends.
