Rate:£34 – £39 per hour
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 8a Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Pulse AHP. The successful candidate will provide expert pharmaceutical advice to clinical teams, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within our cancer services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical advice to clinical teams, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. You will also participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, educate and train healthcare staff on pharmaceutical practices, and manage the supply of medicines. Your primary focus will be on supporting our cancer services, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of pharmaceutical care.
