Position Summary

Supports consulting team in solution development for clients in the life sciences industry. Addresses marketing science and business questions that help client organizations successfully commercialize products and services. This position requires high quality project management, research, and analytical skills in a fast-paced services environment. Experience and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a must.

This position includes the following key responsibilities – primary and secondary market research, opportunity assessments, forecasting, business analytics, PowerPoint report development, and project management. Supports client engagements with oversight from Engagement Managers with respect to project-related tasks. Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions. Designs and structures presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience with senior input. Proactively develops broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through the work on consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required

Advanced degree with at least 1 years of related experience, preferably in a consulting firm or working in the life sciences industry. Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry will also be considered (marketing, market research, market data analytics, forecasting, business intelligence, business development, consulting). Candidates with an MSc or PharmD are preferred.

  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines while still delivering a flawless product
  • Authorized to work in Canada
Additional Requirements
