Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Position Overview

We're seeking a driven, positive, and hard-working Assistant General Manager who thrives in a sales-focused environment and leads with a team-first mindset. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, shows humility, and contributes actively to the studio's success—no task is too small.

The AGM will support the General Manager in daily studio operations, with a strong focus on membership sales, member retention, team support, and creating an outstanding studio culture.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new membership sales through in-studio intros, calls, texts, and community outreach
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
  • Support the GM in managing front desk staff and fostering a positive, accountable team environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, inventory, and day-to-day studio needs
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating smoothly
  • Step in and lead by example when challenges arise
  • Represent the Club Pilates brand and studio values with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience (fitness sales a strong plus)
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Positive, coachable, and adaptable with a solution-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Weekend and evening availability required
