Overview

A major oil and gas company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator / Warehouse Coordinator to join their team in Edmonton. This hybrid role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse support. While this is a temporary position, there is strong potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, processing sales documents, and handling phone inquiries
  • Receive, fill, and process warehouse orders accurately and efficiently
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Support day-to-day warehouse and office functions
  • Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
  • Safely lift and handle materials up to 40+ lbs
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and inventory tracking
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administration and/or warehouse operations is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable balancing both physical and administrative tasks
