This role involves various administrative activities, such as data management and report generation, within a collaborative environment. Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in bookkeeping and/or accounting is considered an asset.
  • Administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities.
  • Export data from various accounting software programs into MS Excel.
  • Run various reports (ie. AP/AR reporting).
  • Maintain internal database with ongoing status updates.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.

Skills

Post-secondary education in bookkeeping and/or accounting administration
Administrative experience in a professional working environment
Familiarity with various accounting programs (Sage, QuickBooks, Caseware)
Excellent organizational and time management skills

As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. This position will be part-time to start (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday) with the potential to go to full-time in the future. We can offer flexibility on hours of work however this position will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities
  • Export data from various accounting software programs into MS Excel
  • Run various reports (ie. AP/AR reporting)
  • Export data from various CRA accounts and input into accounting software
  • Recognize and label various documents such as bank statements, invoices
  • Maintain internal database with ongoing status updates
  • Manage and coordinate multiple calendars
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
Skills And Experience
  • Post-secondary education in bookkeeping and/or accounting administration is considered an asset
