The Administrator works on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, reporting to the Manager. The role involves exhibiting polite and professional communication with clients and collaborating regularly with the housekeeping team, guest services, and management.

Your work will include:

  • Coordinating new hire orientation onsite, including JHAs, site-specific rules, and emergency protocols, and assisting with up-to-date training for existing employees.
  • Working with the site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Ensuring consistency with administrative duties, including attendance records, catering requests, payroll, LEMs, and inputting safety data.
  • Writing, editing, and scanning documents for tracking.
  • Performing general clerical tasks as requested by the Lodge Manager.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessary.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills. You must know how to stay organized and determine task importance.
  • Excellent writing skills, including spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure. Proficiency in various styles, from creative to professional, technical, and educational, is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
  • G License with a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working at a remote site is an asset.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
