- Answer telephone and relay calls and messages.

- Type and proofread correspondence and documents.

- Work with marketing to communicate messages to the field.
- Maintain and manage digital database.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Accept cash payments.
- Maintain internal record-keeping system.
- Maintain inventory of supplies.
