Job summary

Les responsabilités comprennent la gestion de contrats, l'organisation de séminaires, et le support aux clients. Responsibilities

  • Organiser et coordonner des séminaires et des conférences.
  • Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.
  • Déterminer et établir des procédures de bureau.
  • Gérer des contrats.
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et relayer les messages.
  • Répondre aux demandes électroniques.
  • Compiler des données et des statistiques.
  • Superviser la préparation de rapports.
  • Commander des fournitures de bureau et maintenir l'inventaire.
  • Organiser des voyages et des réservations.
  • Consulter les clients après vente pour fournir un support continu.

Tasks
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

  • Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
  • Provides cultural competency training and / or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers
