Overview

Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  2. Open and distribute mail and other materials
  3. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  4. Plan and organize daily operations
  5. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  6. Schedule and confirm appointments
  7. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  8. Answer electronic enquiries
  9. Compile data, statistics and other information
  10. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  11. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  12. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  13. Perform data entry
  14. Provide customer service
  15. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  16. Maintain and manage digital database
  17. Administrative and office activities
  18. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  19. Manage accounts payable
  20. Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  21. Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  22. Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  23. Organize tasks to accomplish the work
