Job description

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team at Mission Veterinary Hospital Limited.

Responsibilities will include recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. The salary for this position is $36.60 per hour, working 30 to 40 hours per week. This is a permanent, full-time position that is available to start as soon as possible.
